Norm Powell 2nd half of season was very disappointing. PAT RILEY needs to step aside and let a new person with a new set of eyes and direction run team. Its time for change in management
Build through the draft / player development and smart cunning moves. Clear cap space and restructure/ rebuild. Heat have no interest in diva Giannis after dealing with Butler. Even if they got him there isn't enough around him to be successful. Giannis has become a diva. Bucks have done everything he wanted last few years and look at the results. Remember Pat Riley stood up to Lebron and Butler he isn't going through the B.S.
Pat Riley had Magic with Lakers and Wade with Heat. Highly talented players who were committed to winning and not difficult to deal with. Riley also got sick of Shaq's ego and grandiose personality and got rid of him.
The most difficult thing in sports is managing egos and getting players to buy in to team success. Its imperative to obtain the right chemistry, personalities & culture to be successful. KEVIN DURANT provides nothing in those areas

Why wouldn't the Heat trade Bam for Giannis?
It allows the Heat to get off his max contract for a real max contract star in Giannis. It also gives the Heat financial flexibility (due to the 2nd apron) to build and improve the team in the future while keeping some of the young guys/depth that would have been traded. This would also give the Bucks a player in Bam who they can easily flip to a contender for another haul of picks while also receiving Miami's picks. The Bucks need all the picks they can get right now.
For playstyle Bams fit next to Giannis would be terrible offensively especially with no lead guard or reliable depth. Giannis & Herro's playstyles complement each other perfectly and allows them to keep their depth.
Now if the Heat want to keep Herro & Bam while adding a star then Kawhi has to be their target.
Bobby Marks is close friends with the Heat org. If he's putting out the "if they played like this all season narrative already.". If they can't land Giannis, they're definitely running this back. Lol.
