Middle guy on your panel: Huh?🤪Injuries were a REALITY, not an excuse. That’s a distinction WITH a difference.
Also, to same panelist: Scott Perry was correct to not answer media hypotheticals. Something wise people know not to answer, and media ask anyway.
The guy in the middle is super annoying. This show is also too negative. Trash.
If I am Scott Perry, I am focusing on best talent available. However, if that happens to be a point guard, even better.
3 picks? Right.
Those last two, I'm looking at a point guard with one and for a big with the other. Ideally.
I know it might not work out that way, but that's how I would target it.
I think we are probably looking at a similar situation next season. But, that's okay with me. Because it just means another lottery pick and plenty of cap space after that. I'm thinking of what this team needs to look like in 3-5 years, not just next season.
Lavine opts in…if it's AJ who comes in the draft…he might see his playing time go down. If he isn't traded as an expiring contract.
I would be open to Precious and Russ coming back. You still need locker room leaders and I think they can be that.
