What’s up, Tobin/Pat Riley needs to go into retirement immediately Coach,Spo should take some time off. Figure out his life, and if he really wants to Coach, much longer. This Miami Heat team is an absolute disaster has been for the last six years. As a heat fan since 1989/this is the most disastrous team I’ve seen in the teams history. Front office changes and coaching staff changes have to happen immediately. And if there’s players after these changes that don’t wanna be in Miami, take their ass too, this shit has gotten to the breaking point and has to change/if it doesn’t then it’s time for Miami Heat fans to boycott everything Miami Heat until shit starts to change by the way this goes for the dolphins/Steve Ross please sell the team your ass needs to get out of Miami as fast as possible you sell out
Norm doesn't want to be involved with the miami heat. These are facts. Tyler and bam are protecting spos lack or decision making and relationships with players and spo is protecting tyler and bam who are both 3rd option guys have never lead a team by action or by character. Jimmy covered allot of bs with miami.

Let’s be honest, it’s either Norm or Herro! You can’t have both, pick one and move on. Norm started hot but faded mid late season and struggled with injuries. Herro struggled with injuries and we have seen this before. Neither is a star but a solid role player

Honestly I would want to trade both Herro and Powell and replace them with another scorer who can also defend. It would be the master move if you could trade them both for 1st rounders in this draft but really need the right buyers for that. Get the most potent quality young guys you can possibly get. But Norm can just go now if we can't trade him.
I like them both, but I can't see either being a decisive positive in any playoff series being inconsistent on offense, AND consistently bad on defense.

Heat are just going to be a middling team at best. They have good player but no one great. Do a complete rebuild. Get rid of Bam Herro and Wiggins.

I think a deal was made for the heat to grab a top four pick, because Herro had a -38 plus minus for the season and powell had the mirror opposite in +38, but Spo started Herro. The starting lineup and subsequent rotations that made 130+ points a game was Powell, Mitchel, Pelle, Ware and Bam.
Miami needs a whole new shooting guard or make pelle the starting SG
