Why the Hawks gave up on Zaccharie Risacher

Zaccharie Risacher’s expectations were never that high to begin with, but he wasn’t supposed to be this useless. The Hawks have flourished after the Trae Young trade, but Risacher got left behind and is barely part of the rotation anymore.

  1. Risacher kinda reminds me of rookie MCW, like literally he went off in his rookie year but regress in his 2nd year

  2. I blame development. He's playing euro ball in the nba where 80% of it is passing and assisting compared to nba. That's development. Not just in Atlanta.

  3. Bro he's fine some veteran quality players are on the team in the playoffs everyone doesn't play mfs don't know ball n make dumb ass videos like this it's only his second year a nba player rarely contributes to winning this early look at sarr 😂 next year kuminga will be gone n he'll play more he does need to improve but saying his career over with the team is CRAZZZZYYYY 😂

  4. He has above average athletic ability and shooting like you said. He needs to take the time in the offseason to work with Kyle Korver type on moving without the ball. If he can work his way open more often, he has a chance to find a role on a team like the hawks who want to play defensive ball around Jalen Johnson. It’s just that he turned into a statue and quit giving effort midyear.

  5. Bro must’ve been playing out his mind before he got drafted or just over hyped before the draft. Cuz I don’t see how he went number 1

  6. I wish this guy do a Norman Powell or a Kyle Lowry or a Goran Dragic or an Isaiah Thomas and be a great player but on another team.

  7. He showed in the off-season that he wasn't willing to do what he needed to do to improve his game. He needed to gain some weight and muscle up. He needed to improve his 3-point shot. He does not want it badly enough. He will not be with the Atlanta Hawks next year.

  8. He's simply a "Get Off The Bus All-Star"
As in when you see him coming to the court, he looks like he can play…take the warmups off and jump ball, and you realize hes just not really young NBA good.
These teams want theri young players to be making ANY type of progression, it seems like hes going backwards despite being so young.
