To me this was the correct decision because Cade was about to meet the requirements before his lung injury which to me doesn't fall into the load management problem the rule was placed to fix.
I also like how they made an exception for Luka because he followed the right protocols before leaving to see his child being born.
I may he wrong but Ant Man sat out for load management reasons more than injury. Cade and Luka were close to the requirements for the exception to be made.

The rule ain’t gonna make everyone happy, there’s always gonna be push back or people that have criticism. I think how it is in place right now with the 65 game threshold and being able to appeal if you’re within a few games is the best solution at the moment.
