I think we need to change up our strategy against the spurs. hear me out before you dismiss my comment. deni will not be able to go to the rim at will like hes done especially against wemby. when it comes to half court play we hv to give it to jg to initiate the offense down in the post or at the shoulder key to allow for cuting and if the cut isnt open jg can take it to the hoop or pass out to a set shooter.
the only time deni needs to attack the rim is when the Blazers are in transition to draw fouls especially.
also rebounding will be highly important in this series when valuing possessions JS
The Trailblazers are a very good team that plays with maximum effort, scrappy defense and determination. Deni is a problem. I'm a Spurs fan and I can tell you that no one here takes the Trailblazers lightly. This will be a tough series for the Spurs and we should all see some great basketball.
