  1. They have to use the same strategy they used in the last playoff series win. Let the joker get his and apply maximum defense to everyone else. Last series they had Murray so frustrated he was throwing wet towels at people๐Ÿ˜…. Oh yeah and 50% 3 point shooting.

  2. Ant having high efficiency games will be what either keeps us in games. Or completely wins us games outright. If he doesnโ€™t I think we lose 8/10 times.

  3. Always love your analyses!

3:30 It's an unspectacular but great pass by Jokic. But Ant gets beaten too easily here. Him being out of position is his own fault. He could have fought through the screen or fronted Hardaway Jr (he's actually extremely capable at that), to make a cleaner switch, but he's just caught flat-footed, not watching the ball and not in a position to anticipate.

6:35 Randle frustrates me so much. Here he makes such a good play, the decision and the intensity, but he doesn't do this enough. They need plays like this all the time if we want to win.

  4. So funny that such a big part of the Wolves' post-season success always hinges on whether they can stop this mysterious offensive scheme known as "Pick and Roll".

  5. Another great breakdown. I hate to make this simple but I think this is gonna come down to health. How healthy are Ant and Jaden and can Gordon last a full series without re-injuring himself

  6. As a wolves fan I think our best luck unfortunately will be if Jokic steps on Rudyโ€™s foot and rolls the piss out of his ankle.

  7. Defense and transition offense will win this series for us. If we go lazy D, and chucking 3's we are cooked.

  8. Great series coming. Can the wolves play with pace and patience. TO and fouls are ๐Ÿ”‘ as well.

  9. There was a few games where Finch's strategy was to let Joker get whatever and shut everyone else down. Make Joker beat them by himself and it kinda worked.

  10. Quick hand. Take the ball off jogets hand. Just like what wolves rookie did to jogets on couple seasons ago. Gotta be hungry for chicken nuggets if you want to win and the wolves gotta be very hungry.๐Ÿ‘

  11. Make him play defense is the key ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ keep him in foul trouble ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ make him sit most of the game

  12. Force Jokic to score and make him have to play defense. Ant has to attack downhill and this series will be decided by Jaden.

  13. Ant will always be the key. His health and maturity will dictate and counter Joker's black hole-like gravity. Hope Finchy runs a bit with our transition guys (Ayo, TJ, and Bones). Should be great series if 2 years ago is any indication.

  14. Dude, their split-actions are nastyyy. Really cool to see how they can be so devastating with Jokic as their hub in these spots (compared to how the dynasty Warriors ran roughshod on the league with Stephs' shooting gravity).

  15. Absolutely stellar point on how doubling might simplify the defensive process for the Wolves. I hadn't given it much thought, as it's unlikely that they'll start the series with this as a focal point, but it does more so boil the defensive execution down to flying around and giving a shit (versus the real-time complexity of switching in accordance with their off-ball principles). If that ends up being a staple of this series, I'd hope that it would coincide with REALLY aggressive ball pressure: make entry passes more difficult and chew up more of the shot clock. Force the role players to make the "next play" with even greater time constraints.

  16. Pls don't put Randle on Joker. Dudes so lazy on defense. I'd rather have Donte on him than Randle.

  17. Brilliant video as always!
If executed properly and with a bit of luck it'll be Wolves in 4 ๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿบ๐ŸŒฒ

  18. They have to work Jokic like Boston did with MJ in the 80's. He gets his, maybe even more than usual, but the other guys get slowed down. It is his rebounds and assists that will kill us. We can put 120 pts on Denver, but we have to hold the Nugs to 110. That means Murray has to be cold as games before. Gordon has to be mid range shooter. Most importantly, get them to turn the ball over or hold to one shot and run them off the court.

  19. you cannot plan a defence, you need the score more than the other team ,switching guarding the space instead the man is the way to stop plays and force the other team to shoot, while interupting passes , then he will play classic centre so at least their gameplan would be disrupted , the offence is the true problem , Serb coaches are on another level and so is Nikola ,you need to mach his discipline and expierience . Denver will dominate for years , everybody is progressing too fast .
