  1. Derrick Rose was playing with Ronnie Brewer, Boozer, and Noah. Imagine how much space Rose would have if he had a bunch of shooting wings.

  2. Most honest answer. He’s clearly respecting the level of talent and the game where it is. He would still be great but he would get better as he would have to improve his jumper quick

  3. Id say definitely. With the way he played back then before the injuries he'd still be the youngest mvp still. Also the injuries i say wouldn't happen because of the new medical treatment he'd be getting and the minutes as well. Be very different

  4. Being 10 when he was drafted and witnessing every single moment as a Chicago kid, I can most certainly say, bro would be top 5 guard today. There's no one who would've been able to stay in front of him

  5. Any great player drafted today would have a much improved 3 point shot. Training back then didn’t prioritize it like it does now.

  6. Comments full of delusional nostalgia fans and haters. No in between. I don't think he'd be that much better than Brunson. But I think he'd be eerily similar to Donovan Mitchell. My only fear is now that the nba is even more taxing on the body. And I'm not sure if his knee health was entirely genetics, coaching, or conditioning.

  7. His first answer was the right one. He said, yeah. League MVP. If the lane is open, why shoot 3's especially when the lane is open?

  8. You can’t just drop him in 2026 …. That would be a better Ja Morant

The question is really … what kind of player would he be if he was born in 2008 …

Because if he were drafted in 2026 he would have grown up during the curry/harden 3 pt era … his athleticism would be the same
But he’d naturally be a better shooter just based on how the game is played now.

He’d be a lot like Ant

  9. We’ll see how much all these guards gonna be averaging when I put Cason Wallace pls the whole OKC team on them

  10. more points or not, he would definitely average 10 assists in this era. D Rose was much closer to a pure point than a scoring guard and he said many times on record he prefers to set his teammates up for easy points

  11. Definitely would as long as he got teamed with a stretch 5. Think about how Giannis is thriving. Rose would just be a smaller version. Same with a young Westbrook, a young lebron a young D Wade and a young Blake Griffin. Any elite athlete with playmaking skills that attacks the rim would thrive in this era so long as they play with a stretch big.

  12. In today's NBA Rose will be the ultimate teammate because after he gets about 20 points inside from slashing and decimating opponents, he would draw double teams that would lead to wide open shots. If his teammates have a good shooting clip he would help provide an offense with incredibly high scores. Just my opinion.

  13. That's why D Rose is unique. Every other single mfer LOVES to say they would average +15 points more than what they did in their time.
    Every single one of them.
    Rose is a humble guy.
Ps: he will kill it in any era anyway
