Really sad about Ahmed. Had to limit comments on his social media due to the hate speech. Saw some commenter who said “transfer portal to Iran” with the link to the LDS church in his bio. Absolutely disgusting.

You had a Center Xavion Stanton. He was ranked right there with Malachi Moreno and Eric Reibe as the 2nd best centers in the C/O 2025. But BYU’s player development you guys love to brag about failed and KY ran him off
It was actually Kenny Loggins’ ribs. I was there. The warm-up band played, then the lights went out and his guitars started playing and then they stopped and then Kaycee McNeil came out on stage and said “Kenny just did a gainer off the back of the stage and hurt his ribs and is in a lot of pain.“ And canceled the show. There used to be a picture of Kenny in the Utah Valley Hospital. When he came back for the rescheduled show, he was escorted on stage by two nurses.
I am super hoping at this point it's either Diop or Thiam, both are quite skilled at rim protection & dunking, long bodies, just would be an excellent fit. Both played in the conference already! I am honestly a bit worried if I see those 2 go elsewhere
Davion is a stick, he might fill out and be good someday. But not for at least 3 years. Wish him the best but not much of a loss at this point.
Every top NBA & college team. Has an enforcer of physical presence, a tough guy. Keita had some presence, but was a shell of himself compared to the season before. His concussion and hand injury. The style of play from KY to develop AJ. Affected every player on that team they never jailed. It was hard to watch. Richie seem like a wasted resource. He only got the ball on the run facing away from the basket and having to throw up a three, landing out of bounds just to get a shot off.
That team came in with a lot of excitement, but by game five you could tell there was something not right…
Despite BYU being shiny happy people. The rest of the country thinks you’re strange and delusional and they’ve done everything they could to cause BYU to fail. Like how dare you take a blue chip away from the blue ship programs we will shame you and you will not be respected. But BYU needs to have endurance keep going eventually it’ll happen. Duke is probably the most hated program in college basketball and they persevered.
One of the reasons that Rob got bogged down so often in the key after driving was because we didn't have an offensive threat on the inside…. So it's hard to drive and pop it out for a three because defenders didn't have to sag off of their men to collapse into the paint because we had no other threat there. That contributed to poor shooting. So there were several things that slow down the hopes of the BYU offense this season And part of it was because we had no Fous

The transfer portal window is not the only source of players for next season. International leagues are still going on and will be between now and next season. Would love for one of the 2 centers to be a physical fundamentals type big from over seas.
