    Not a Hornets fan, but an NBA fan from the early 90s who likes the Hornets from the Johnson -Zo era. Charlotte was a good team this year but a bit more finesse than needed. Playoffs are different from the regular season and they understood that very well against Orlando. The Magic beat the sh*t out of them. However, it is not catastrophic. Learn from this experience, bring toughness in your play next year and a couple physical players from the bench. You have a good core. I am a bit skeptical about Ball, because I don't think he can lead a playoff team. His play is not serious.

    For a team that struggles so much defensively guarding 1:1, why are we not talking about why this team didn’t play more zone?

    Obviously this team is incomplete. Moose is a back up. They need a 5 that is a scoring threat. Even with Koby, guard play needs to get better. To be a true contender you can’t win with the swings Melo brings. His game has to mature. Like mentioned, Brandon needs to get bigger. And just need some depth. This starting 5 is skilled. But they are soft.

    THIS WAS NOT THE MAGICS BEST GAME PLAYED BECAUSE WE PLAYED AND BEATEN BETTER TEAMS even though the score was closer. Let's be real Franz and paolo and suggs have all been out for extended periods this season so there's been alot of plug and play, even at 90% they finally get to play all together.

    Bro ive watched some Magic Hornets games, i guarantee Eric collins lamented on paolo size way more than Stan and in more , slightly uncomfortable detail. Lol

    Diabate can’t be the starting center he’s 210lbs. Get a center. Moose can be a great backup. Sion James needs to be a niche defender. Kon will get out of the slump. Perhaps acquire Herbert jones. Resign white. You need a physical center. You need the GM to step up.

    Great season. Now we see what management and coaches do to offset other teams bully ball and work in the paint. We need big fellas in paint who can defend, post up and be a 3 point threat. We also need melo and brandon and moose to hit the weight room.

    Hornets need to go after all defense in the draft and a versatile player we can throw on their best player every team has a all defensive type of player we need one as well

    Kon and Sion will probably welcome an actual off season. Played through the Final 4, then summer League, then 84 NBA games. The future is bright and full of hope right now

    Magic might make it to the finals. They've been strategically saving Franz Wagner's Health up until this point. Meanwhile, Hornets season already ended all the way back against the L to the Sixers when the rookie Knueppel got injured. League is all about managing injuries and being healthy at the right time.

    Need a little more length and strength to the lineup. Miles can slide to the 3(at times, not full-time)) while we upgrade the length at 4. Moussa can be nice off the bench at the 5. Kalk might have to be Center 2b. So let's find our first string center.

    Kon Knueppel greatest shooter ever? Not. Get rid of Ball and get yourself a real point guard that values the basketball. He's a clown 🤡. If not than stay with him and tell me how it works out

    We gotta get some tough physical players. Someone said get Lu Dort and I agree. OKC looks like they need to move contracts for next year and I think he's exactly what we need

    This is a difficult swing to process going from the Heat game to losing to Magic like this. It would have been a little easier if they had been more competitive.

    Grew up a Hornets fan. Now a Magic fan (i live near Orlando) and I couldn't believe how this game went. Hornets played well this season and I only see things getting better in the next!

    Offensive schemes were terrible… Ridiculous screen plays. All they needed to do was play aggressive and drive which Lamelo led with in the 3rd quarter and got 21 points in the quarter. They should've started with that same aggression and pace !

    Yall a very talented young team with awful discipline. When things don’t go well you lash out trying to hurt people or play dirty. You have great potential moving forward but need some vets to keep your young players in check. As a Pistons fan, I wanted to be the one to give you that reality check in an easy sweep – but Orlando will do. Don’t worry, we will take care of it

    As badly as I wanted to keep watching last night's game, during the 2nd quarter my power went out due to the bad storm and honestly it saved my eyes from witnessing the hurt I would have endured lol. It was not looking pretty

    What’s the point of watching these games if the officials can dictate how the game is played? Does another officiating crew let the Magic play as physical as they did in the first half without 2-3 of their guys getting into foul trouble? It’s just incredibly frustrating to watch as a fan. It feels like you can be watching two different sports depending on how “physical” refs allow teams to be. I can concede and admit that Orlando definitely looked like they wanted it more last night and brought a ton of energy, more than the Hornets, but I don’t think anyone could watch that game and say that the quote-unquote “physicality” that Stan Van Gundy and others have harped on was anything other than the refs choosing to let them play extremely aggressive and not call a lot of fouls that would have likely been called had this game taken place on a random Wednesday night in February.
