The New York Knicks defeated the Atlanta Hawks, 113–102, to take a 1–0 series lead. Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 28 points and seven assists, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 25 points and eight rebounds. CJ McCollum led the Hawks with 26 points.
