Lol yeah double Joker on the perimeter and watch Aaron Gordon go to work. The only defense that works against Joker is praying that Jamal and the rest of the team go cold, or the refs let your defenders jump on Joker's back and arms all game long with no whistle.

I don't get how people forget so quickly how good Denver is when their core is fully healthy…Jokic is a strategic genius….you need to make him beat you, you can't allow him to dime up his team all night long. The key to beating Denver is limiting the other guys

Fully agree with Chuck! You have one of theoretical best front court defenders of all time…..Gobert should never be getting help in a Jokic matchup. That's the first step in slowing him down. Gobert has to be able to take the 1v1 so that you can limit the rest of the team. Gobert and Ant will be the key for the wolves and it will be their defensive gameplan that defines the series

Ant can guard Murray, we saw it in 2024. Saw him Grimace and rubbing his knee mid-game. If that gets better, I think he depends Jamal.
Rudy Had a surprisingly solid game on offense and did his job on defense. This loss was on Randle and Ant underperforming and Denver overcoming a horrible first quarter (Jokic had 4 turnovers in that one, ended the game with 5)
30 points and 0/8 three pointers is a whacky statline. he made 16 free throws which makes the 30 pts less potent, which means he made 7 fg's. nowhere near as impressive as joker's triple double
Denver has more weapons with Hardeway, Brown, Valancuinas, and Jones. These dudes make it harder to win the non-Jokic minutes. Plus Cam Johnson is clearly a more impactful player the MPJ.
