  1. The Cavs have already proven that they can and will play at an elite level against round 1 mismatches. We can say that the raptors high 3pt percentage yesterday was kind of a fluke cause they’re not a great shooting team- however it’s consistent that teams who don’t shoot 3s well, shoot them well against the Cavs, and teams that do shoot them well, shoot the lights out. Honestly yesterday’s games made me less confident for the matchups that the Cavs will have to win for them to have a successful postseason.

  2. Altman doesn't get enough credit. As a Cleveland fan in general, I appreciate a GM thats not afraid to mix it up and keep us relevant. We've had awful sports for decades and this variation of the cavs has transitioned to interchangeable going forward and thats great for us. We also have no film to use for game planning which is an advantage if you play well. The national media has traditionally scrutinized Cleveland teams to the max, so the narrative is always of the underdog. I'd rather have a chance than settle for sports purgatory.
