There’s definitely no extension of the arm meaning there is no push. Technically putting your arm out to bar contact is illegal per the rules but no player would ever want to play like that seeing as EVERY SINGLE PLAYER IN THE LEAGUE use their off arm exactly like that. It’s catch 22, people will complain about this not being called, but would hate for it to be called universally.
