Stephon Castle had a disastrous game. He messed everything up. Seeing that he's not having a good day, why didn't the manager substitute him?

Even with Wemby out, the Spurs should have had this. But Deni and Jrue made some vital plays late on, even if their numbers didn't look good, and the much maligned Scoot probably had the best game of his career. He's a classic shooting guard stuck in a point guard's body, and he has to be played like one.
Dropping Jerami Grant for Toumani Camara was the right decision. Camara had a great game.
If there was any player Stephon Castle should model himself after, it's probably Jrue Holiday. Jrue didn't start out a good shooter, just like Castle isn't now, but he made up for it with defense, versatility and smarts. Castle is still young, but he's got to ask himself why he's going out and taking more shots than Fox or Vassell. He needs to accept that right now, at this stage of his career, he's not that guy.
So the series is not over after the first game? What a surprising concept!
