2. Terrible coach, team record 26-56, even lost to tanking teams, team has no structure and discipline on both ends. Pelicans fans should prey he won't be back next year.

I’m not gonna say he’s better than Willie Green as a coach, but I’m also not gonna say he was worse than him as a head coach I mean look at this roster u can only use what your givin and he wasn’t given much Dejounte Murray played in 14 games this year, obviously recovering from the Achilles tear that doesn’t help Zion Williamson only played in 62 games this year, which is actually better than last season but not better than the previous season you have to dreadful on and off shooting of Jordan Poole who’s contract is one of the worst right now I mean, let’s be real here. The only bright spot that came out of this season was Sadiq Bay and the two rookies which I will be honest. I love the Jeremiah fears pic, but I do not DQ was worth risking your first round pick for next season Herb missed a lot of time as did Tre Murphy thts literally your entire core. I don’t think it’s coaching for them as much as it is more than anything health and they also gotta figure out what they’re gonna do with Jordan Hawkins and his inconsistent shooting as well overall though I would consider taking the interim tag off Borrego and making him full-time head coach

7. It's pretty rare that you can see on the court changes as drastic as what we saw from the Pels this season. After about 2 weeks of his tenure, it was flat out a different team. We went to more games this year than in any of the last 5, with full knowledge of what the end record was gonna be. It was something to feel good about, finally. We weren't spending time demoralized by decisions and tactical errors, finally.

   I think PLAYERS have to learn how to win, and esp have to learn how to win in the clutch. Z & Trey have never learned how to do either. Dejounte & Bey started to give us some of that late game juice we've not had for years, and I'm hopeful that with this year behind us, the whole team is gonna start catching up and catching on to how it needs to be done. That wasn't even possible to imagine before.

   Give him the gig yall. NONE of the others names being floated are going to do better for us.
