14. What these guys don't understand is that the Bucks do not control their own first round draft picks for the next 3-4 years. Makes no sense to "bottom out" and lose games because it doesn't benefit you via the draft. Milwaukee will probably look to acquire young established players that can contribute right away. It's in their best interest to build while competing for the postseason.
