  1. That could be the best thing to happen to Sacramento actually.

They get #1 and discover Dybantsa does not want to be a King.

    Open the trade talks!

  2. I hope the NBA does not confirm that the whole thing is rigged. If the Kings drop so far, then I'm completely done with the NBA. Yeah….it's sour grapes, but the NBA seems to always screw the Kings, and I'm just tired of it after watching them since 1985. Why am I wasting my time on a rigged league? Plus, this is not the same league that I grew up with in the 80s and 90s, so yes, I love my Kings, but the NBA has done everything to make me cynical. The Kings desperately need a star! Out of all the teams, the Kings deserve it the most, but the NBA is actively trying to make bad teams stay bad, and I cannot support this any longer if there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

  3. AJ 1st choice jazz better move trade him to jazz if land 1st for package with bad contract to get quality player with darft picks and future draft capital. Specialy if jazz land top 4
Go byu because connection to the man help him from day 1

  4. 9:00 – Actually, Steve Francis refused to play for the Vancouver Grizzlies after they drafted him. They were forced to trade him to the Rockets. The NBA eventually changed the rules to try to prevent something like that happening. I agree that AJ would play for the Kings, but to say that it couldn't happen, or hasn't is false. I could see a European player who is offered big money from Europe, who doesn't like who drafted him refusing to play.

  5. Long time Kings fans would remember the last time a draftee refused to play for the Kings. 1991 3rd overall pick was Billy Owens. He refused to sign his rookie contract, did a holdout, Kings were forced to trade him. Luckily for the Kings, he was traded to the Warriors for none other than Mitch Richmond, Kings legend Les Jepsen, and a '95 2nd round pick. So, it has happened. That is something that will always stick with me as a Kings fan.
