42. Yes it's tech. At least this year. They've called it 3 times this year. To include on SGA. When Denver played OKC and Joker pushed SGA out of bounds. SGA was "trying to save it" and hit it off Joker's shoulder. SGA got a tech. All three times they called it was when it hit an opposing player above the waist.
