11. I don't like Suggs' fit in Toronto. We have a defensive guard in Shead, we have Jakobe at the 2. Alijah Martin & AJ Lawson can hopefully play a bigger role. IQ is probably a better guard coming off the bench, but he's also too expensive for a role like that. I'd say move on from IQ for a cheaper but starting potential guard + a 7 footer. Ofc this would be in the ideal world.

17. Trading Jacob sounds good in theory, but that means you're left with a 6'7" center. Add $50 million to your payroll, and it doesn't leave much room to sign a replacement center or resign R.J. for that matter.

18. Other than Net Rating & +/- between IQ & Murray there really isn’t enough of a difference to merit trading for Murray. IQ is younger & hasn’t reached his full potential. Murray is at his peak & more than likely on the decline for more money. This is a Hail Mary trade for the Raptors. Not sure if it’s worth it.

19. I would try and deal Ingram. Was one of the worst players on the floor for the Raptors in the playoffs before getting hurt. Too many TO's and too many missed shots. They played better without him IMO. Not necessarily trying to deal him for Murray.

34. suggs is a great defender, but his injury history is a big concern. i'd take a chance on him but he is definitely overpriced. the raptors should probably focus more on scorers instead of defenders when we already have barnes, cmb, walter and shead. rebounding is another big hole on our team.

38. the nuggets will want heavy pick and one good young player like cmb to take that IQ or Yak contract. so for murray i would do it. Jakob Poeltl, CMB, additional salary, 4 unprotected picks for jamal murray. they cant compete with bad long term contracts so its better to give up the picks and try to win when they raptors will be ready in 3-4 years.

39. i would do the short term pain for long term gain in giving up cmb and 4 unprotected picks in a deal for jamal murray. if you include the 2026 pick, it is likely 3 unprotected picks with cmb and jakob poeltl for jamal murray.
