The Bulls are Considering Trading UP in the Draft??

1. I agree that trading up from #15 makes SO much more sense. You can't add the same protections moving up to #1 that you can when you trade up from, say, #15 to #8 or #9. You can offer a future 1st with Top 5 protections for the next few years moving from #15 to #8 or #9. But nobody gives up #1 without having a future 1st with no protections, because the idea would be that you have a chance to get a future #1 overall pick to replace the 1st pick you are giving away in addition to the #4 pick. That's the value. Especially in the NBA where 1 guy can change the trajectory of a franchise.

That’s how deep we can be! Anything else is stalling.

9. The Bulls should throw out a competitive offer for Jalen Duran. Even if it is above market, that is fine. 1) If they get him our 3-5 is stacked for years to come & it takes away a Division rivals 2nd best player OR 2) it forces Detroit's hand to overpay, damaging their ability to resign/sign other players in the future. We will know if Bryson Graham was the right hire by this action/non-action.

33. I saw a trade with the Grizzlies for the 3 and Ja Morant for our 4th and some players i honestly don't care about. I don't remember all the details but it didn't seem so insane and i would gladly do it.
    Bottom line:
    Trading up is not something i would do unless the trade is one who benefits us and the other team.

    Our 15th pick HAS to remain or at most be traded up for Mara for sure. I'd blow up every single part of the roster for more picks this year
