  1. Sam Presti started in SA. So SA isn't learning from them. How dare you! OKC has been following SA blueprint for years. Starting with Durant and Westbrook. Smh. Shame shame on you DP

  2. The Spurs can bring the old gang back with (Tim) Duncan and (David) Robinson by trading with the Detroit Pistons for Duncan Robinson.

  3. Wemby gave a loaded US Olympic team a fit in the medal round. Think who was on that team! He almost beat all of our superstars. That French team doesn't have the talent the spurs have…..

  4. Here's we go again: the nuggets was going to be a dynasty, then OKC was going to be a dynasty, and now the Spurs smh goodness mercy let's just see it play out; this microwave society is getting ridiculous.

  5. I hope not the NBA is way better league when the Spurs suck ass Texas has too many fucking teams. Why do they need three fucking teams and why do they always have generational talents there? fuck the NBA

  6. This is why the NBA sucks. One great player decides who competes for championship for 10 years or more. Ruins any suspense and makes it pointless to cheer for any other team.

  7. OKC’s depth is being overstated a little due to the competition they have faced. They won’t be going 10-11 deep vs. the Spurs if they face them. They are undoubtedly a deep team, but without Williams, they’re down to 8 really solid options. The Spurs had 8 guys average double digit scoring this season, but their depth has been a little exposed. KJ won 6MOY this season, but I’ll go to my grave saying he isn’t and hasn’t been their best option off the bench this year. Harper is the best player off their bench, and Kornet is a solid backup for Wemby. But they won’t be going 10 deep if they make it to the WCF, and if they do it will be a bad sign.

  8. As a life long Spurs fan, to go from Robinson to Duncan to Wemby, is insane. Seeing how Wemby is growing into his peak is all too reminiscent of seeing the dynasty build itself.

  9. Actually OKC looks more like the earlier Spurs. Sam Presti cut his chops under RC Buford and coach Pop. Now we have Spurs team 2 which will hopefully give the organization many years of making the play offs and winning one or more championships.

  10. I want to see the Spurs sign Yuki Kawamura, just for a little bit. Just for the spectacle. I need to see Yuki’s speed and awareness with Wemby’s size and defense. The two of them on the same team on the same court would be crazy to watch. I’m not saying it’d be a good fit, but boy would it be fun to see.

  11. Long term we'll see. Wemby still needs to add some strength if possible. And these other young guys will see. That doesn't mean they couldn't win this year but OKC is definitely the favorite.
