5. Stop it lol. Lakers did not fail Lebron. Leborn failed the Lakers. They had a FULL team of HOF's that most said LA would make the finals and they only won 35 games, then they got SWEPT in the WCF, got dominated AGAIN by the Nuggets in the first round and then last year, everyone wa like "Lakers in 5". They were right, but they lost in 5 lol. Lebron was HORRIFIC on defense and didn't do NOTHING in the 4th quarters. Lakers should have won game 4 vs OKC, but Lebron had a HUGE turnover in the last minute, missed an easy shot to take the lead and then gave up on defense and allowed Chet to dunk and take the lead to win the game. Lebron is the only superstar in history to ALWAYS have a scapegoat for everything.

17. LeBron was part of those management errors though. It’s not just the Lakers franchise that failed him. The Lakers franchise gave LeBron a ton of power and say so within the franchise which is why they brought in players that he wanted he made a lot of decisions that didn’t work out he is got a big share of the blame. Yes he performed on an individual level but it’s clear he is not at the level where he should be GM anything. He was behind the Westbrook trade. He was behind bringing in Dwight Howard, Carmelo, Anthony Rajon Rondo all of these pieces that did not work out he traded the Lakers young promising talent for older teammates. LeBron is the reason why the Lakers are old because he wanted to work witholder vets
