Would YOU trade for Giannis? And are the Rockets developing players well enough?

Trade em all for picks. Rebuild.
Yall houstonians dont ever have patience for a rebuild so you deserve to languish in mediocrity hell.
I love the point, Reed with the Spurs would be way ahead. Ime and the Rockets are not good at developing young talent. Pritchard is another example during Ime's time at Boston. Post-Ime, Pritchard has thrived.
Stephon Castle has a 121.8 career defensive rating in the 44 games WITHOUT WEMBY.
Castle is a career 30% 3 point shooter, 72% from FT, basically gives you nothing in terms of Stocks. He averaged a whole 3 point more than Sheppard despite being a starter playing more minutes with a much better team and offensive system.
Anybody who actually compares him to Amen Thompson defensively is either blind, ignoring the large sample size of data to the contrary.
Thompson averages more points more rebounds more steals more blocks and shoots a higher overall field goal percentage and a higher free throw percentage.
They both can't shoot, San Antonio has much better player development I'll give you that. Can you imagine if they swapped teams.
Castle has 20 TURNOVERS in 2 games, along with going 2-12 from 3 in the Western conference finals.
This idea that we drafted Sam Bowie ahead of Michael Jordan when selecting Sheppard over Castle is ridiculous.
Stone wanted Sheppard, Ime Udoka wanted Donavon Clingan, it's way too early in these guys' careers to be crowning people or labeling people's career Arc
Look at the Rockets 1993-1995 Roster
Almost everyone can shoot on the Rockets, either Postups, midrange, 3 point shot. All 3 phases. The Rockets had depth at each position.
This roster today can't shoot midrange or shoot threes. Post ups by Sengun is shaky, because he looked scared to play and catching the ball at the 3 point line which is bad Coaching.
