(Sorry, Internet) The Thunder are too good

1. Its crazy. Theyre this good, and they still need all the flopping on offense and all the no-calls on defense despite fouling 5 times every single possession. They are a crazy good talented team, and thats why im driven nuts when i see them play . Its actually not fun. I never had a team in the NBA i disliked so much.

2. What percentage of Shai's buckets are actually offensive fouls for pushing with his off hand? Serious question. People complain about his foul baiting, but I think that is more egregious.

5. Can't stand OKC but I have to agree they and SGA are really good. They do flop a lot but they also get a lot of legit calls tbf. The whole 'refs help OKC' narrative is definitely blown out of proportion. That said I hope Spurs can figure sth out (and then hopefully lose to the Knicks somehow bc I dislike them and Wemby too).

   SGA is a good player that also heavily relies on unethical basketball by flopping, falling & leaning into the defender in an egregious movement.

   OKC is unethical to a huge degree and it's sad because most of us like basketball, not rule benders.

7. Too good at getting away with fouling

8. People bandwagon hate on the best teams all the time. The better a team is, the more hated they are, this is common.
   As a neutral fan my problem with the Thunder is not their talent or that they win a lot, it's just how often it seems they get away with obvious stuff, while having an elite, efficient 3 level scorer in Shai who will look to draw fouls purposely in certain stretches.

   Although this gets lost sometimes, I feel like it's the core of the criticism people have had with this team since last year.

9. We are are starting to see pure PG Shai. And its beautiful to watch honestly. Hes absorbing double and triple teams at an insane rate, yet making the right pass leading to wide open shots or crazy rotations from the spurs.

   Nobody in the world controls the game speed and pace better then Shai. Thats his greatest strength. Thats why hes back to back MVP.

20. You know people are not hating okc because of their unfair deep roster, we hate okc because of their unethical foul baiting play style and that refs are closing their eyes for them

    It feels so artificial that literally overshadow their greatness as a team (i think they are so strong that can win without having refs helps)

It's easier to listen to ESPN than REALLY WATCH THE GAMES!! No one calls Michael Jordan a free throw merchant yet he was one of the best free throw players. DRAWING FOULS IS A SKILL!! OKC players actually hang out together outside of the games. They actually care about each other. What a beautiful and unique quality for a team of players that could be starters on another team. The intelligence it takes to execute some of these plays is really is amazing!! OKC has quick hands and they play so well together many players on opposing team's have mentioned, "They play on a string." I sincerely think being in a small market, Oklahoma City, really doesn't have the "distractions" of a cities like New York, Miami or Los Angles. The men actually go to hoop just to have something to do sometimes. They have dog get togethers…this team cares about the success of each other. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE QUALITIES THIS TEAM HAS!! ENJOY IT MEN THIS IS NOT HOW IT IS EVERYWHERE!! Unselfish for real!! The bench would be STARTERS on any other team. OKC has some difficult decisions this off-season. I trust Sam Presti to continue to make brilliant decisions for OKC. Thank you once again for this video. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!
