It's not really that difficult. Keep Sandro and trade Dick. I think Dick will thrive in another team not competing for Jakobe, RJ, IQ depending on the lineup. Sandro is good for regular season and I think with his performance this playoffs, he has a point to prove next year in the playoffs

i'd rather keep sandro and gradey, but if i can, i would trade both for a high potential 2 way player or move up in draft
We need a healthy big, to score, defend, handle offensive/defensive rebounds. Either a center or a left side Tracy Murray player. Tough choices on the sell front: Poetl, Dick, Quigley or Ingram. Then decide how to balance the team afterwards. We may have to sacrifice Mamu.
