He must be the sixth man next season, completely let him off the lease. He can easily put up 12 to 15 points a game off the bench.
Chris Finch had this guy out of the rotation practically the entire season by the way, goes to show how unfathomably incompetent Chris Finch truly is. We will never win anything with the bum as our coach, and since Tim Connelly refuses to fire him, eventually they'll both have to go.
If he can stay healthy next year, he should be getting 20+ minutes a night for the Wolves… and they should try to make him one of the primary ballhandler/playmakers.
Hopefully TJ finally learns how to use his right hand when finishing at the basket this summer. That seems to be the 1 major obvious change he needs to make, alongside better defense, to earn more rotation minutes next season.
Hopefully he can replace some of Donte's production on the bench while Ayo starts next to ant
