I don't know how much say he had in the final decision making but if we are comparing the success of the 2 franchises during his time with Cleveland they have similar history. Both teams win a lot of regular season games but can't advance pass the 1st or 2nd round of the playoffs. On the surface it's repeating the same process. Bob Myers makes the difference with the championships.

38. Did you jsut say the Cavs have been one of the best teams ovwr the past 5 years? Bro they only got good when their chemistry finally clicked. They were good cause they let their players play with each other for years and never replaced them. Cavs have been good for 2 years. When the players all learned each other. So what we can look forward to is. Drafting Bigs. & letting our youth gain chemistry with each other for years now This is a safe BBall Ops guy. I don’t even think we’ll hit the Salary Cap now. This isn’t great news now but it’ll be good in the future
