NBA Finals Material?! Which Toronto Raptors would get rotation minutes for the Knicks & Spurs?
Which members of the Toronto Raptors would find themselves playing minutes for the New York Knicks or San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals? In Episode 2123, Sean Woodley and Katie Heindl field mailbag questions from you, the listeners! Off the top, Sean and Katie answer a question about which Raptors would be logging serious minutes for the Knicks or Spurs in the finals. Scottie Barnes is a given, and so is Collin Murray-Boyles. But after that? Well, that’s an interesting discussion! Next, they get asked about whether there are any realistic forward upgrades upon Brandon Ingram out there on the trade market, and kick around Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard and Trey Murphy III as potential on-court fits, even if a move for any one of them is wildly unlikely. Lastly, they get asked about why the Raptors have been posting so many Gradey Dick highlights on socials this week, discuss his future with the team, and also whether Jamison Battle is in line to be a rotation fixture next season.

Tbf on the first question, part of that is definitely just roster construction. Not sure bridges, hart, champagnie or vassell start for us
Thanks for the question time. I can see how BI could be more talented but might not be the best fit for a team. For the Raptors I actually think he fits in well, because he can play in the system but he can also give the team a different option if needed. He is also a great locker room guy, coachable, and loves Toronto.
