The Sixers are just delaying the inevitable at this point lol. The “big three” era is dead and this roster clearly isn’t a contender. Embiid can’t stay healthy, Paul George isn’t worth that contract anymore, and Maxey is a great player but not someone you build a championship team around as the #1 guy. Every year it’s the same excuses about injuries, depth, and role players while the rebounding, athleticism, and shooting keep getting worse. They’re capped out, old, injury-prone, and stuck in the middle. At some point they need to stop forcing this core to work and finally rebuild already. Damn.
Clean house; keep VJ and TM… Barlow others with heart… Drummond, but coaching, the whole thing needs blowing up. KO, PG, JE all need new homes. QG does not seem to flourish here…? The whole thing is currently unwatchable.
Sign Westbrook for a 3.6 million vet minimum, let Grimes and his 12-15 million dollar price tag walk, sign Oubre (10ish million), and still have your full non tax player MLE to spend on a difference maker…… and if KO takes a hometown discount, you might even be able to get Yabu to come back and still have your MLE.

Morey messed up when he choose PG instead of Norman Powell.
I don't want Josh Harris to be cheap, and hardcap the Sixers at the 1st Apron – which would result from using any of the NT-MLE.
And Gansey already indicated that he plans to draft a 1st rd pic, since including that pic along with PG, seems off the table.
