Eric the problem is the money that they want to use was an approved for taxpayers for something else. If they want money from the constituents, they should put it on the ballot. It represents a larger problem with city council and Portland's government.

The thing that really disturbs me about the Tiago going to the Bulls is not that the Blazers may have passed on a really good coach, it's that this is the first big decision under the Dundon ownership. This process is coming from the same guy who showed up saying some people may be uncomfortable with the speed and decisiveness with which I operate, this is not that. One of the main qualities I look for in leadership is integrity.
