  1. I wouldn’t give up this years pick for tre Murphy. Cameron Carr or maleek to me is similar to him in the future. If we were a top 4 team in the west then yes. He is not going to move the needle with this team. He would be too expensive if we had to give more than 2 future picks. Use our pick and trade with San Antonio and move back but take all there 2nd picks for this year too. Use future pick and swap for charlotte later 1st round pick or OKC 2nd first round pick. That will give us two 1st round pick this year with four 2nd pick fairly early from San Antonio and ours

  2. If Pelicans want to get in this years draft, they cant cleanly trade Draymond Green for Trey because Green has to opt in first.. and that is after the draft. June 30th i believe.

  3. I would rather keep our 11th pick (which is likely) Porzingis& Butler deal or with a later year pick added might entice a team, but any trade talks NEED to involve butler his contract is too big to keep when you can definitely turn his contract into 2 players that will play 60+ and bring value

  4. Davis and George is a better move because we would only use 1 future draft pick instead of this years 1st round pick and another future pick for players who aren’t going to move to championship level. If AD is healthy he dominates with curry and our 11th pick we can be contenders next season

  5. “Anthony Davis on his best day can win a championship” There are no truer words that have ever been spoken. I cringe at the thought of us getting Anthony Davis. He’s great when he plays, but he doesn’t play enough.

  6. Draymond Green is the elephant in the room. He gets paid too much for what he provides. It is too much of a distraction with his temper tantrums yes he can still lock down kwahi Leanord while at the end of the game but for an entire regular season, he is not worth having on our team and paying that much money. He needs to be convinced to take less money and come off the bench because there’s no way we’re gonna trade him
