  1. We all know Slater no matter who was left was not going to take Acuff.

I really hope that this is NoT the scenario, but I do think Waggler is a Sean Markā€˜s type of pic similar to Nate Ament because of that Nets fan should be really worried.

Waggler is a good player lotta potential he’s just not what I see as a pure point guard so now you’ve drafted two guys in Yegor and Wagler who are off shooting guards they’re not pure point guards and that’s a problem. Not to mention the athleticism issues. The Nets are already one of the least athletic teams in the league. You are doubling down on that. You’re also doubling down on another player who is more of a finesse guy and will need a couple of years to build up strength in his body but again this is definitely a Sean Markā€˜s type of player so nobody be shocked if they go that route.

When fans talk about the nets being irrelevant it’s because the types of players they bring in lack the juice and a Wagler pic would lack the juice.

You want vans to show up and watch Nets games at least make the Basketball interesting and electric and the tide player. Sean brings up in our electric at all. They don’t bring excitement.

  2. If acuff is available and we don’t take acuff I am going to stop be a nets fan I promise New York deserves better the Knicks did well and won with a dynamic small guard if we don’t follow suite this is over #firemarks

  3. The bias against Darius Acuff jr to the nets is ugly. I have no problem with Keaton Wagler or Mikel Brown jr. However, when it comes to Acuff things like his height or maybe even his defensive potential or lack of is highlighted. But never mentioned when the conversation is about the other two prospects. Keaton would give us 3-point shot making ability and also give us one of the least if not the least athletic backcourt in the NBA along with Demin. Acuff will be the best player available and the most NBA ready now player available for the nets in the upcoming draft with rookie of the Year potential instantly
