Loving the idea of Herro especially if we are only giving up Stew and either Duncan or Levert. I wonder if OKC wants to trade pick 12 for future firsts to maintain their pick flexibilty going forward. I would do 21, 2030 FRP, and a swap or a couple seconds for 12 and get Yaxel. If we do that we will have a starting 5 that is financially sustainable for at least 4 years. This would be a dream scenario but its actually very plausible too.

Trade for Tyler Herro and PJ Washington. PJ shooting percentages would go up with Cade/Herro playmaking. Resign Tobias to play off the bench and Beasley if hes cleared to replace Duncan. Get a another scoring/ball handling backup 1 or 2 like a Monk, Cam, Joe, A.Wiggins, Simons, or Grimes kind of player. I want to see a clear role like a backup scoring 1 or 2 for Jenkins too. These Conference Finals & Finals showed you need like 3 to 4 good reliable ball handlers to beat teams like OKC, Spurs, Knicks, & Heat (if they get Giannis)
Caris, Duncan, & a 1st works for Herro. The Heat might want Duncan back in this trade too. Holland, Reed, & a 1st works for PJ although I dont know if the 1st would be necessary or not if Ron is already in the deal. This allows you to keep Beef Stew.
Cade Herro Ausar PJ Duren with Jenkins Beasley Tobias Stewart plus whichever other scoring guard or forward they would get off the bench would remind me little of that 2024 Mavericks team with the Luka/Kyrie backcourt.
