I don't think there's any chance Yaxel gets picked before 11 outside of someone like Golden State or OKC trading up to 9-10 to grab him. Gotta think those bottom 10 teams pick for youth and potential over an older guy like Yaxel who doesn't fit the rebuilding timeline. Maybe the Mavs now that they hired Dusty Mays but they need a point guard more.

As a Warriors fan I agree I'd actually prioritize Jaylen Brown over Kawhi & AD and most other trade targets.
In his prime, pretty consistently healthy (fingers crossed), and fills several needs of the team.
We'll see if he ends up becoming a realistic target for GSW though, but if he does…100% yes.
For the Clippers, it’s simple. If they think that Darius Acuff, Jr., is the best player available, then draft him and, if necessary, trade Darius Garland to a team that needs a point guard. Don’t overthink it. Draft the best player available, and figure it out later. Don’t select a player purely based on positional need. Teams screw themselves with this flawed logic all the time. Remember, the 76ers had both Allen Iverson AND Jerry Stackhouse. They kept Iverson and traded Stackhouse. 🤷🏻♂️
