  1. 1 or 2yrs should be max for Mark Williams. Keep him as the temporary placeholder until Maluach is ready and that’s it. They don’t need him here long term taking up cap space and meaningful playing time from Maluach.

  2. We were a legit contender for the first half of the year when Mark Williams was healthy. Some where along the way he seemed to wear down, till he was eventually shut down, and with out Mark, the team fell apart. We became what people thought we were going to be, or at the least, only a tiny bit better. A team who could not make any real noise in the play offs. And none of this surprised me, IMO our biggest issue for years has been the lack of a starting caliber center, and Williams, when healthy, is precisely that. Oso is not that. Maybe some day Man-man will be that, but that day didn't occur during his rookie campaign.

So yeah, I don't know if we just need to play him no more then twice a week, or don't even play him till after the all star break, or what, but this suns team, with a Healthy rested Mark Williams come play off times, IS a contender, they very much are not if we let Williams walk. If we're fine just going through the motions knowing we have no shot, then fine, let him go I guess, but unless he's part of a trade that brings in another legit starting center, if we care about winning, we need to keep him on the roster.

  3. TRADE OSO BEFORE HE STARTS LOSING US MORE GAMES WITH TEAMS KNOWING HE CAN’T SHOOT AND HORRIBLE AT FREETHROWS. HE CAN’T DEFEND AND REBOUND WITH REAL CENTERS. MARK IS STILL YOUNG AND CAN SHOOT. They never really tried to develop him in charlotte
