  1. Ahead of schedule is an understatement. Getting to te finals when your best player is 22 is one thing. Doing that when, that best player is the oldest of your 3 best players is insane.

  2. Not a snowballs chance in hell Morez Johnson will last until the 20th pick (he may not get past 10)his stock has risen the most in the draft (only trading up will be an option)

  3. No chance Morez Johnson will be available at 20. Why are you even discussing him? Then you say no other contender can get as much value from the first round as the Spurs. This is ridiculous. Did you forget about OKC with the 12th and 17th picks? Are you saying the 20th pick is more valuable than the 12th and 17th picks?

  4. I agree Spurs were lacking rebounding and not just in the Finals but pretty much the entire playoffs opposing teams were getting hella 2nd chance points on them because of that so teams like Wolves, Okc and knicks would have multiple double digit comebacks in big part of all those 2nd chance points all they have is Wemby they need a legit 4 next to Wemby that can also rebound and or a mobile big in general that can move around alot better than Kornet.

  5. The funniest thing about the overreactions is that people think Wemby has already reached his full potential at 22—haha, yeah a tall wing playing alongside him would just solve everything… or, you could just wait a few years.

  6. hell no on koa he's too small we need much more size and defense for wemby then that. and i'd say no on graves as well.. graves would fit in decently but he would have very little impact in his rookie szn and he's not physical on the defensive end. his jumper is slow and he isn't a good shot creator. obv morez would be the perfect option if ever possible but other than him we should go for chris cenat for his high ceining, size, and defense and if he even gets a consistent jumper which he would in SA then he would fit in perfectly. or zuby those two are the most likely to be available if we don't go up in the draft. if we chose koa or graves over one of those to that would be a HUGE miss on are part.

  7. Zuby is that high motor, strongly built and aggressive 4 that Wemby needs. He may not be huge at that spot but he plays a lot bigger than his size. I see Isaiah Stewart in him or better. The enforcer big that the Spurs need and he will be there at #20.
