GOOD.., Boston avoided an injury prone player…. Miami,s a party town…. enjoy the partying
I hated the Jaylen brown trade
I believe the "Jay-Jay" duo has reached a point where they won't get any further; one of the two will have to move on if the franchise wants to contend for titles. We have to be realistic here: the current team isn't on the same level as the rest of the league—at least not enough to win a championship right now. If they want to truly compete, one of the two has to be traded. Unless they miraculously average 50 points per game across all 82 regular-season games, the playoffs, and the Finals, there really isn't any other option—and that’s assuming the championship window is still open; if it isn't, it’s better to just start a rebuild.
surprised the bucks settled for nobody at all and the uncertainty of a couple picks just because they couldn't also get hugo with jb.
People, Miami just overpaid bigtime for the back 9 of an injury-prone diva. You didn’t. That’s a win, Boston. Browns feelings? Please. He’s paid like a 1 on a team that has 2 of them. Tatum is perceived as better because he doesn’t try to prove it 24/7. Brown should learn from that. He needs to be less insecure. The rest will work itself out. Now, what other big men are out there? We still need one!
THIS IS BAD NEWS! JB IS UP FOR EXTENSTION FOR OVER $400M NEXT TWO SEASON! IF WE DON'T TRADE HIM NOW, NOBODY WOULD WANT HIM NEXT SEASON OR WE LOSE HIM IN FREE AGENCY. WE GOTTA TRADE THIS BOY THIS OFF SEASON!
Taking the celtics out of it, I just dont get why miami gave up so much. I see them as a 6 or 7 seed with giannis which is better than they've been but not significantly better.
I still dont want JB. This team going to lose in 1st round every year if they dont do something big
JB still gets traded in my opinion to where and for who your guess is as good as mine but JB has to be pissed right now.
I don't see them winning another chip unless they just restack the roster like '24. JB doesn't want to be a number 2 anymore. Send him out to Houston they made everyone available and you can get a great package of players and picks. KD + Sengun + Sheppard + picks for Brown and white is a package that could work for both for example. But ultimately its up to brad and the brain trust. There isn't a better player the Celtics can trade for out there then Brown anymore. So either they smooth it out and go get a star big or they just sit on their hands and add the 2023 team back to watch them fall flat again or they trade him for lesser multiple star players (KD is debatable at this point). Its one of the three paths. But i know for sure I'm not going to watch the draft. dont really care who they draft at 27
Remember when the Mavs traded Luka for an injury prone twig and a bag of salt & vinegar chips?
I don’t know why y’all thought Milwaukee was serious about Jalen Brown. They clearly used Boston to up the price from Miami.
This has now become a disaster
Doesnt matter who’s on our roster, we aint winning shit with Joe as coach
I’m sure Boston wasn’t ready to mortgage their future. Future first rounders and maybe one of their young assets. Be sad if Giannis is no longer the same player or is injury prone.
Keep JB, at this point he is the better player. Also bring back KP and Simons.
Awsome never should have been "involved " in these stupid talks…now you've pissed JB off great strategie Boston ownership/front office you'll have to trade him for nothing now 👎
Fire Joe and his endless three ball.
the media wanted us to trade brown so bad. i'm glad we still have jb. if we did trade for giannis, we could have still kept jb and trade everyone else. the heat didn't lose bam they traded pieces, herro isn't all that. good trade for the heat
I hate that Jaylen Brown is still a Celtic
Well, actions usually have consequences with people. Brown will assess and look at his options, demand a trade or keep getting paid for now… win win for him.
This means that EC will be even harder for Celtics next season.
Thank God! Joe would have had him shooting 3s on some garbage game plan on our way to a first round exit. Send joe to hell
