Darryn Peterson joining the Utah Jazz is one of the great moments in team history. It is no small thing that Peterson will be the greatest prospect ever in team history. The NBA Draft has been incredibly successful for the Utah Jazz and there’s no reason that Utah can’t be one of the best teams in the league next year.

  2. I left due to wifes betrayal and financial difficulties… But through the grace of God have been restored financially. I absolutely plan to be back as a member (even though some things you say trigger me, through no fault of your own)

  3. Not much has gone right for this team a lot of the time and the injuries are still a concern but this what they mean when they say the right player at the right time for the right team. He is literally exactly what they needed, a 2 guard who can handle, who can create his own shoot, hit spot up 3’s, I think he’ll be good enough passer, and he can defend.

    OKC has Shai, Jdub, Mitchell, Wallace, Dort and SAS has Castle, Harper, Fox, Vassell, that’s a lot of talent on the perimeter so they needed someone who can attack and defend those guys.

  9. You are correct about JJ AND Kerr. But then I find your insights usually spot on. But don’t be surprised if DP doesn’t start until game 15-20. Let’s see how summer league and more importantly vet camp and preseason goes. I’m preparing myself for a gradual insertion into starting lineup. But then he may make it impossible not to start game 1. As he makes the entire league pay for not being picked #1…..

  14. Ace and DP, 19 years old. Soo young, 19 WOW. These kids need to be insulated. Need to be surrounded by good men who won't mislead them. Kevin Love is now necessary for there mental state of mind and emotional development. I feel bad for these kids who play for guys like Steve Kerr.

  15. I would be shocked if Will Hardy starts DP day one especially after his comments last off season about Ace needing to earn a starting position. I think Ace will start day one and then eventually DP will make it into the starting lineup.

  22. This guy is seriously comparing how Brooklyn handled tanking to what the Jazz did? Haha cmon now. Resting MPJ on the second half of back to backs is nothing compared to the egregious behavior we saw from the Jazz. They left Adam Silver with no other choice. Building up a huge lead and then throwing the game on purpose should be an automatic bump to the back of the first round for any team. People say players/coaches don't tank, but they obviously didn't watch much Utah Jazz ball in the second half of the year. Hard to defend it, the basketball Gods are always watching and they won't forget. The Wizards are not much better, they probably promised Trae Young this ridiculous extension if he played along and milked that "injury" for the remainder of the season

  23. Remember how MANY times over the years the Jazz sought a better 2? Remember what a key difference Hornacek made back in the day? (I was in the arena for two of those finals games, and will always treasure that!) Consider all the 2s we have tried since, including occasionally a combo guard like Donovan (very good but undersized, etc.) and other 1s and 2s, and it was never enough. But NOW we have a player in DP who could pretty soon be an elite 2 in the league (to pair with Keyonte who is freakin awesome) and DP makes shooting look so smooth and natural, also a playmaker, and a two-way.. willing defender with long arms. I think AJD will also be great, but I'm REALLY glad we got DP!

  25. I just watched Darryn Peterson highlights from Kansas and he has an ability no other nba players have ever quite had outside a select few his ability is Precognition 11/10 I think precognition Peterson would work well for a nickname 😆

  27. I actually think getting the 2nd pick was huge. Could you imagine the pressure within Utah to pick AJ if we had the 1st pick? I'm rooting for AJ to do well in the league, but I honestly think we got the best player in this draft. And the injury stuff and "loner" stuff is way overblown.

  28. I wish there was a way to trade into the top of the 2nd round and get Henri Veesar out of NC. Henri is a legit NBA center that can stretch the floor. If he hung out at UNC one more year, he is probably a top 20 pick next year.

  30. Im not a masachist so I wasn’t about support or watch a team in a competitive sport lose on purpose. We have been a joke for all these seasons since ainge came in.

    Been a diehard fan since the 90s and I wasn’t about to taint that by watching this new tank note era.

    Glad I can finally watch the team try and compete again. 5 years later 😹

  32. I think Ace Bailey should start right now over Peterson for SG. Im not saying this should be the long-term option but I think it's better for both their development. Bailey will play better next to a offensive engine like George, and Peterson will develop better being able to be the some offensive engine for the second unit. Eventually as Petersons comfort level and NBA readiness increases you will start Peterson but why rush his development?

  35. I didn't leave because of the jazz. I left because of the flopping, reffing, sports betting, and Mavs getting the 1 pick after trading Luka. Nba as a whole turning into WWE.

Stop building him up so much, he still has to beat out collier for starting PG position, collier is going to make a leap this year like Keyonte did last year , you watch , why doesn’t anyone talk about him, keyonte did not have more assists than collier at the beginning of the year, your a madman

  37. Just a reminder DP won't fly to Utah until next week when the summer league guys have to report. Remember how espn made a big deal about Ace not immediately reporting to Utah?

  40. I still think AJD is the best player in the draft. I also think it’s a mistake to not move Lauri. But I hope Peterson turns into the player that this channel has been professing about
