9. The comp is valid. Boris Diaw was a solid backup for spacing the floor, pick n roll or pops. He was also a decent post defender and rebounder. Finishes at the rim and can shoot. Thing is with this perimeter iso and high p/r offensive league he’s a huge liability. I think that’s why a lot of teams stayed away. Unless he’s highly improved his lateral footwork he’ll be a 2 way.

A few seasons in G-lesgue should do him well in adjusting to the different pace and schemes of the game , playing against better quality competition and most importantly—gaining the required conditioning and strength to consistently play at this level!
