21. I agree with Ron on this one. Teams don’t develop players and aren’t patient enough with their maturation process. Teams want instant pop corn. Then when they develop, teams throw them away. That’s bad management and why many teams can’t build great teams. A great example is the Thunder. They develop players and give them a chance to play in spurts where they’ll most likely be successful. Same thing with Miami, most NBA teams are managed poorly. GM’s are getting jobs as nepotism and favors. Their ability to A: evaluate talent is poor and/or B: know how to develop said talent is trash.
