  1. Thanks for everything Ja Memphis will always love you! The most electrifying player this franchise has ever seen! Sucks it didn't work out but I hope he has a career resurgence with this change of scenery. Good luck 12!

  2. Also I'm not mad at the return. They were never going to get anything great because of a multitude of reasons, namely Ja's character or lack thereof. Just glad it's finally over and we can move on

  3. Zach Kleiman finally did it…. what he should have done a long time ago. Better late than never. Cam Boozer deserved to start his career without the cloud of his team's former franchise face hanging over it. With that said, Ja was (& will likely remain) they must exciting, electrifying Grizzly ever. He was a joy to watch when happy & healthy. May he make the most of this fresh start & rediscover what made him so fun to watch.

  4. You clowns got what you wanted.
Watch how he flourishes and plays 65 gms next season playing as his old self. We will never get a player like Ja again.

    Grizzles FO sucks so much.
Pondering whether to cancel my season tkts

  5. We traded Ja for Jerami Grant. I repeat, Jerami. Grant. That man is on a worse contract than Ja, while also being terrible. I know the relationship was already broken between Ja and the grizzlies but if his value is this low, why make this trade. You may as well have salary dumped him, or just use him to help speed up the development of the new young core the grizzlies have and trade next season when more teams are willing to take on his contract. But you made Portland get off the worst contract in the NBA? Portland fleeced the Grizzlies. Ja can not be such a negative asset where we had to trade him now for Jerami Grant of all people. Sigh

  6. I haven't came to a Game since Taylor Jenkins last season. The Team play style became….Not worth traveling hrs for..The Coach and The Boys didn't fit. The Bosses made those decisions. My decision to walk away from the Team as a Fan is: The JA Trade. You sent him across Country from his Home to a Team the Grizz will compete With😂..Mane thats worth the Ticket Price..🤔 😊

  7. Ja Morant's value or any other player in the league is linked to their ability to produce at a high level. Currently, Morant is an unknown quantity. Of course his attitude only made the situation worse. I strongly suspect that we may never again see the Ja Morant who came into the league as rookie and blew the minds of fans everywhere with his basketball skills. Good luck to Ja and thanks for the great memories.

  8. Although I knew this trade was coming, it hurts because I felt that even if a trade was needed, the return we got isn’t great we could’ve waited until the deadline to build his value up a bit more

  9. Damn😢 this hurts but if they felt like it was time to turn the page it won’t do any good complaining about the decision. Ja was the first and only superstar player we ever had and we were not prepared to handle the personality and emotional issues. I wish we could have made it work here but I respect the decision and I’m looking forward to seeing both the Memphis Grizzlies and Ja Morant from now on.

  10. Grizzlies fun king this is my opinion to do I told you guys that these guys are having a vision for basketball I don't know talent you're not building a team to compete with the teams that in West I just told you these owners are very very dumb and very stupid do you believe in the team to compete at the building average team it's so sad for this organization

  11. What a tumultuous past 12 months & change it’s been for the Memphis Grizzlies and us fans. Rest in peace, Brandon Clarke. 💯 Wishing Ja and his loved ones the best in Portland. I’ll always be thankful to him, Trip, and Des for the memories of the good times during the NextGen era. May the Grizzlies rally around their next Big Three as they take their first steps towards a new identity, towards restored respectability, and a path to the postseason. GO 🐻🐻

  12. Hey blazers fan here, i feel really gutted for the fans of Memphis, and Tennessee as a whole. I had a similar experience having to explain to my kiddos where Damian went lol. I personally believe we should’ve given maybe a pick or two in the trade , anyways…. I totally believe in your young core and look forward to ja morants first game back in Memphis !

  13. Blazer fan here. Blazers wanted to get rid of Grants contract and Murray not a good shooter but both these guys are good citizens. Hopefully Ja will get a second chance in Portland and prove the naysayers wrong. We all will have to see. By the way Randolph had his own bad history in Portland and he turned things around in Memphis😊

  14. As a blazer fan I really dislike this because I dislike ja as a person and human and view him as a cancer. I understand your team needed to move on but I’m happy that my team was able to get him for next to nothing and not get screwed or give up a bunch of picks for him. As much as I dislike him his skill is undeniable and if he stops being dumb and matures then this team might be a decent fit, it does give the blazers the deepest guard rotation in the league. The combos the blazers could run are crazy and could be a real problem for other teams.
