Why EVERYONE is WRONG about the Miles Bridges trade

The Phoenix Suns’ potential move for Miles Bridges is being talked about, but most people are missing what it actually means.

In this video, I break down the REAL impact Bridges would have in Phoenix, his fit with the current Suns core, and why the mainstream NBA conversation is overlooking key details that change everything.

The Good
The Bad
The Ugly

This isn’t just about scoring or highlights. It’s about roster construction, rotation balance, and the hidden value Bridges could bring that analysts aren’t mentioning.

Is Miles Bridges an underrated fit for the Suns—or a move being completely misunderstood?

I’m showing you the context most breakdowns are leaving out.

  1. If youre worried about 2033 you are not a true suns fan..best case we get #1 pick we've already messed that up a pick 7 yrs from now with an owner willing to spend doesnt make me hate the world like some suns fans who hate everything ishbia does for some reason

  2. I'm not going to assume that Bridges is a saint now but I know he can play and he just needs to stay out of trouble and he will be fine.
Phoenix wasn't the only team giving up the '33 first, the Lakers gave that and their '31 for a player who was injured all last season so I'm not mad. I don't think they had a shot at J Brown plus they got a three point specialist added anyway so let's get with it this season.

  3. Sorry but cant agree.

    1. Doesnt move the needle. Going from a C tier starter in royce to a B minus level starter in bridges isnt trancsending anything. And you dont move a 2033 pick for something that doesnt move the needle

    2. Rasheer already had the position solved long term. Now he has to deal with a roadblock. He is already a better defender. Rebounder. And shooter.

    3. The biggest long term need on this team was pg. Jalen green expiring and that pick pluss tuff wpuld of solved that next year with rasheer filling seamlessely in.

    4. Its book and a bunch of non passing, ineffcient, low 30s shooting players. The offense is gunna be an absolute slog as book gets doubled. It is honestly kind of gross.

Upgrading for the sake of an upgrade isnt worth it at that cost. Miles isnt even a crazy better caliber player than grayson

  4. Miles Bridges is an evil person and a domestic abuser. All the rest is not important. And even if it was, if you think that this move can help Suns win a championship with Booker, you must be crazy. Instead of a role player that could help with defence / rebounding / 3 point shooting Suns added another high volume, low efficiency scorer alongside Green and Brooks (and Booker ofc). And ofcourse they wil extend him since they invested draft capital. Which means they will most likely say goodbye to Brooks. Thats a cultural u turn. And Culture was the only thing this team could rely on… This move is absolutely garbage.

  5. Frankie here (one of the trio) – appreciate the support and the heavy love for DAME. Check out our other videos, and welcome to the show! Damien bringing the HEAT. 👏🏻👏🏻 – Frankie

  6. I mean Grayson and Dillon came to the Suns with a bad reputation and we learned to love them. I dont see Miles not given the opportunity to get that same reception too

  7. I am not a Bridges personally. However, it makes good basketball sense. It fills a dire need and saved the team money to go and get Kennard in the process. The pick doesn't convey for 7 years so it is ridiculous people are upset about it 🙄. I believe people don't like him because of his past personal life, which I can understand. Although, the same people that have disdain for this man are probably the samd people that would vote for a felon. Imagine that…
