  1. You don't rebuild a team with current roster constraints in mind. The names on this roster in 3 years will be entirely different. Being critical by listing PFs listed on today's roster is idiotic. What's the rush to compete when your superstar is a teenager? They're adding shooting and positional size and are going after teams with roster crunches where their players were squeezed for playing time.

They haven't sold off players for scraps (yet) and you also brought in a coach that (albeit in college) turned a team with 3 centers into a championship winner with the #1 defense in college basketball. The Dusty May hire alone signifies a rebuild mindset so please Mavericks do not let "Naji plays best at the 4" determine your trade moves

  2. LMAO these guys are the absolute worst. The front office said they are not going to rush this rebuild. They are not in a hurry to sell off every player on the team. They want to carefully maximize return over time. Adding "Larry" and Morez Johnson Jr. alone makes this offseason a winner. TF did you guys think? That the Mavs were going to do a complete rebuild to a contender in 1 offseason?

  3. Masi mentioned one important ingredient when building a championship team that a lot of people are missing. A FREAKING SUPERSTAR, and he knows we already have that. You win with super stars in this league, and you have to build appropriately around the SUPER STAR. Without Kawhi, he had no super star. He hasn't had a super star since Kawhi left Toronto. Let's see how he does WITH A SUPER STAR.
