That would mean he already knows what team he's signing with, and in order for that to work, Kyle would have to already know who they are playing against on that night or DeMar will be on the Raps. I would also add, Kyle said he and DeMar are besst friends and talk every day so he should already know where he's going. He would never play for the raptors at minimum wage. He won't join Kawhi unless Kyle mediates and reconciles the situation when Toronto did him dirty.
