I saw everything i needed to see… he is not a project and will hit the ground running. Smooth quick great ball handling… he can shoot spot up off the dribble… he can go left and right. His college highlights showed me his game translates to the NBA. Also he shot 35% from 3 in college…I think that will improve playing next to NBA talent… he won't we the 1 in the NBA so I think he has potential to shoot 38-42%
My man had 4.0 at Stanford. His level of basketball intelligence shows. He can shoot it from wherever and has insane handles. Loving this pick more and more.
I agree the team lacks size, but its not in the 4 position. Cade and Ausar have better rim protection and rebounding than a lot of 4s. The problem is all our centers are 6’7-6’9, all the best teams have 7+ footers
The Pistons may be the fastest team in the NBA… replacing Harris with Collins and adding Ebuka… upgrading from Duncan to Joe. Another year of development for Jenkins. Taurean Prince will surprise folks with how he fits.

Okorie looked very very good… super excited about him…. If Okorie can hit the 3’s… I see his role as eventual starting 2 guard next to Cade, while taking ball handling pressure off Cade… he’s size doesn’t seem to be a factor…but if Okorie is gonna be backup PG, want to see more assertiveness/leadership from him, and does he have a floater game?
I like him but I wouldn't say Im impressed. Did he play well, yes but it's one SUMMER league game.
I highly doubt the Huerter at 3 and Ron at 4 thing. Huerter would have to be great. Ron played 20 mpg at age 20 at the 3 last year. J. Green played all his mins subbing in as Tobias backup. I don't know why this would change now, Ron has a bench backcourt who can both shoot it
Will Cade still be "forced" to have the ball in his hands this season, or will it be a flowing offense???
