  1. ESPN's Brian Windhorst revealed Friday that a source told him LeBron James had a "done deal" in free agency with a team other than the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Windhorst relayed the situation during an appearance on ESPN Cleveland, saying, "I'm hearing stuff in other cities too. I'm not gonna say who, but I had somebody on the phone with me today that I consider a good source who was swearing it's a done deal in another city a couple hours ago. I am being very, very cautious. Right now, it's too scattered. I also know how LeBron has operated. They have kept their circle very tight."

  2. “National media” hates the Kessler move because it puts 3 white guys as the lakers best players. No other reason.

I wanted Kuminga all last season. Now I’m 100% OUT. He and his reps seem delusional and fully focused on him making superstar money above all else. They need a role player not an egomaniac w limited skills and questionable IQ.

  3. Rob Pelinka fucking sucks. All his moves are basically “hey I will pay you over market value”. Any shit GM can do what he does with this ownership. Not a single shrewd move.

  4. We waited for 2026 for MOVES. Okay we got Kessler Great I love Kessler but everything else SUCKS. Fuck a Jaden Hardy and Kevon Looney. These are more DEAD WEIGHTS. Sexton and Grimes grossly overpaid. Our good players all left on team friendly deals and we kept all of our trash Bronny Vando Knecht. Wtf we doing

  5. When do yall start the Championship or Fail Convo for Luka like yall did for Lebron Every year he was rhere. Seems like Lakers Fams Accept losing this year and kicking that Bucket again. YALL FULL OF SHIT. Put that Championship or bust pressure on Luka or the Lakers gone waste his career luke they did Lebron. Year 3 they already talking about its gone take time

  6. They MASSIVELY overvalued and overpaid for Kessler. As a result they spent all their trade assets on the wrong player when they could have just tendered a $35-$37 mil a year contract offer and dared the Jazz to match it. They could have kept all of their draft capital and pivotted to Duren instead.

  7. The Lakers just paid Walker Kessler like he’s already a superstar. We’re talking about a career 9 points, 9 rebounds player getting close to $40 million a year—that’s franchise cornerstone money.

What exactly are they projecting? Kessler put up solid but pedestrian numbers on a perennial lottery Jazz team with no real expectations. Why should anyone assume that production suddenly scales to a $40 million player on a Lakers team that’s expected to contend?

At least Kuminga has shown legitimate upside. His per-36 numbers on a winning team were around 24 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists. That’s the profile of a player with untapped star potential.

From where I’m sitting, Utah absolutely fleeced the Lakers.

  8. Are you guys uncomfortable with the decisions of the new owners of the Lakers? (It's not mainly up to "Rob" anymore.) According to ESPN & others, "Pelinka must tap Walter and LA Dodgers President Andrew Friedman to implement any restructuring decisions to mirror the Dodgers' front-office infrastructure." Can you guys address this in one of your Pods?

  9. If we don’t like Washington’s contract, can it be restructured after he’s traded for? I think that he’s a better option to mold Carr and Thiero than Kuminga ever would.
