He has Kyrie type handles! Point guard that can score and get guys open looks!
Labaron looked impressive! Our team as a whole looked good. They looked prepared. Afernee Simon is going to be our secret weapon. His handles and 3 point shooting is fire!
Watch out for Johnson. That shot is smooth! I’m higher on Broome than most. He just has to fix that twist in his shot. He lands with his left hip forward every time. Upper body mechanics are good tho. Great def positioning and rebounding. Kinda beast on the boards. Philon is perfect for us!
Labaron number 1 fan here go check the chat history. The ball control is elite, he got that. We'd just like to see him get downhill more on some of those cuts because he's spinning defenders. Everyone is mentioning the weight room rightfully so, but I'd like to see Labaron get trainers to really rough him up on contact drives similar to how Wemby hired trainers to be extra physical with him to prepare him for the physicality of the playoffs. I think it could really do him some good.
Why do you guys continuously dog Johni Broome? He continues to excel at every level the Sixers put him in.
I agree with all the Isaac Johnson criticism, but if Georges Niang can play in the NBA then I think a 7-foot Niang can play a role in the NBA. I say this as someone who thinks Niang was bad at everything but shooting and hated him being a big role player, but as a bench piece it's nice to have.
I would love to see him get a spot on the Coats just to see how it shakes out, but yeah he can't move. I think he's purely a 5 (some people calling him a stretch 4), but he's clearly got good feel for the game on offense.

Philon is exactly what this team has needed for years coming off the bench. Perfect microwave scorer off the bench like Lou or J Crossover.
