  1. The 60 million dollars his contract represents is worth more than the vacum he leaves in May. Dude wake up. He. Will. Never. Be. Healthy. In. May. Just stop. The definition of insanity is what you are doing.

  2. Philadelphia has or at least had a horrible medical team. So if he can play for a team known for their great medical team, he could be healthier than a mfer!

  3. We keep chasing the impossible! He will NEVER be healthy and he’s getting older. A franchise with serious ambition sees this and trades him for a more reliable player you can count on. The extra load management sounds ridiculous. If he plays 13 games in regular season he ruins the chemistry the other players have developed. Embiid’s talent is undeniable, his health is ridiculously bad, get rid.

  4. The bubble wrap approach is a catch 22. Bcuz if he plays he’s likely to get hurt but if he doesn’t play he’s still likely to get hurt bcuz he’s never getting to game shape. The bottom line is that his body isn’t really built to withstand the rigors of a basketball season. We are better off with an athletic rim protector who can defend, rebound and catch alley oops. Embid can’t even fuckin dunk!!!! …just think about that for a minute. Whenever he jumps hard he’s in pain. šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø

  5. I think you keep Embid this season make sure he’s healthy enough win the NBA Finals and trade him at his peak value for pieces which is the best idea

  6. If we Bubble wrap Embiid then its play in or 6th. i prefer to not play NYK , BOS , or DET round 1 sure it worked out for us last year but you cant be a play in team and expect to win a chip. besides Embiid doesnt get hurt til the playoffs so bubble wrapping doesnt work . I Guess with Brown now we can avoid the play in but its the Embiid in and out and destroying the chemistry trying to figure out how to play with then play with out that im done with .

  7. Embiid is a offensive machine, lacks defense and rebounds. Getting rid of the contract is worth it with the youth and talent we have on the team.

  8. Hot take: Should’ve moved off of him after he won the MVP. He showed nothing in the playoffs. It’s always an ā€œifā€ or ā€œwhenā€ before the word healthy with him. Trade him and get value back. This was the draft to do it too. You also have a coach in Nurse who SUPPOSEDLY develops young talent.

  9. The only one that might be fruitful is the Myles Turner trade. He's still a quality starting center. He doesn't have to score like Joel. He just needs to rebound, play defense, be a deterrent at the rim and make space the floor for Max, Brown, and VJ. I wouldn't make the trade because I'd prefer playing this season out with or without Lebron and seeing what happens and consider trading Embiid next off season, but i wouldn't be mad at Gansey if he did it.

  10. Unless we trade him to the Warriors for at least 3 first rd picks or more with at least two of those being in the 2030s…I’m not too interested. Throw in Jimmy só that we can use him and his salary later on

  11. Ya'll need to get out of your feelings. Embiid is trash. He's been trash. His entire career he's been unable to get us out of the 2nd round, and that's with Jimmy on the team. Embiid is the moron who insists on bringing the ball upcourt, slowing down the entire offense. He's never been effective. Sure, he's gotten buckets, but he also allows mediocre centers to have record games because he can't run the floor. Just trade the bum, or give him away for nothing.

  12. Your clueless if you want embiid on this team he is way to selfish will want the ball taking away from brown and VJhe has to be a rebounding b defense paint player and he will not do it

  13. People are losing their minds. They want 30 year old Embiid gone for 42 year old LeBron. Smh. This is my biggest problem with 76ers fans Embiid is better than LeBron to me especially @30 years old. LeBron wants us to trade Embiid for AD. Insane. He can’t play with Embiid but AD is more healthy?

  14. I’m sorry. But if we trade Embiid damn it I want back a Laurie Markkanen & no we don’t give up draft picks none. These trade rumors are stupid Embiid needs to retire a 76er

  15. Ok let's get something straight to you ungrateful so called fans.. Embiid is the only player in NBA history to average more points than minutes, bottom line anyone you trade for at 100 percent will not be better than him at 30 percent…. facts .. he plays through injuries as well, while playing with a team that can't make the playoffs every year without him because the organization is too cheap to give him real talent. Now let's get to that Embiid is never healthy because he keeps playing through injuries, if he doesn't we won't make the playoffs that's how much of a warrior he is, instead of throwing dirt on his name go to the arena and tell the owners to give him time to heal and give him talent that can hold a 20 point lead when he leaves the floor, sounds like everything around him needs to change not trading him. But I guess y'all got amnesia

  16. So let me get this straight you'd rather have the guy who's going to be in street clothes come playoff time, because he always is. Over Myles Turner who was the center on a team who was a half away from winning the NBA Finals two seasons ago if Halliburton doesn't get hurt he might be a champion I'm pretty sure Joelle was not healthy for those playoffs or last year by the time they got to New York he was garbage again. I'd rather have the Dallas package those guys all have been to the finals in their career as starters unlike Joel. Even the Nets package Michael Porter and tell him to send one of those young centers with him would be better than the guy in street clothes how many years does this guy get to let 76ers down you know he has hardly any valuešŸ˜…

  17. I’m not a LeBron fan, but he’s thinking what everyone has been saying about Embiid, he’s not reliable enough to go on a run. His inconsistency is definitely going to throw the chemistry off. Whether LeBron comes to Philly or not, if we can trade him for any mid level center who can play a full season, it’ll be a huge upgrade for the rest of the team.
