  1. I love a few of these SL guys – Graves, Bittle, and Lundy. Hot take – not only will Lundy get a two way but I think he’ll actually break into the rotation right out of camp (he’s going to take Battle’s minutes on the second unit).

As Es pointed out, he has very good size and length. He’s very similar in size to Dillon Brooks except Lundy has a longer wingspan and standing reach. But that shot man, that is his clear outlier skill. He gets it off quick and has such a high release – but it’s insane how many 3s he’s getting off a game. He’s getting ~14 threes off per 100 possessions in SL and hitting 44% of them.

The Raptors desperately need guys who can get their shot off and guys who can pull up. Their offense spends too much time mucking around – they need to get easier shots, earlier in the clock, and Lundy can do this. Battle is a great shooter but he cannot get his shot off like this. Mamu fit in so well last year because whenever he got the ball he would either get the shot off or drive – he made offense happen. I think Lundy is going to be able to provide this for the second unit.

  2. I love you content Es but a lot of times it feels like you just reporting to not make raptors front office mad lol😂 I like graves also but… what about his lateral quickness.. his strength showed up on defence but def not on offence.. he looks hella outta shape and also his driving ability I have a hard time believing he’s gettin that off in the nba… it’s okay to be a critic….. like your critic about Brad is fair but it’s easy to critize a guy who we both know is going to the g league and probably won’t make the roster

  3. We can't really be too surprised at Graves standing out. This was a guy that was scouted as a more NBA ready option. A lot of contender type teams were written as teams who may have selected late in the first round for that very reason. Call him an analytical darling or whatever you want, it essentially just means he's out there doing things a veteran would do. All the little things and the effort and hustle and things you can't quite quantify with statistics. He's a smart player and he has all the tools and skillset to succeed. And I do think there is development to be made there also. His shot looks good. I can see him making some important 3 point shots for this team on a second unit. He can also handle and pass the ball a little bit. He can defend and be a disrupter which fits the raptors style of play to a T.

  4. Hi. Thanks. Not a crit., but I wish we had heard Mr. Earl‘s other books mentioned before you guys began speaking about his current book bc it lends to the credibility🙂. JMHO. Peace⛹🏽‍♀️
